Horse-riding

The Burren Riding Centre is located at Fanore, just down the road from Ballyvaughan.
The centre offers; weeklong, 3-day and daily trail rides along the 'Green Roads' in the magnificent surroundings of the Burren. Special programme of weeklong, post-to-post trail rides on the 'Burren Trail' for groups. Trekking in the Burren, on Fanore beach and sand dunes is also available.
The centre prides itself on the standard of its horses, which include the world famous Connemara ponies, Irish Draught and Hunter types. They are suitable for novice and experienced riders.

Daily trails (5 hours) which starts at 9:30am
Beach Trails (1 1/2 hours) 9.30am & 11am
Burren Trails (3 hours) 11am & 3pm
