The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed, thus accommodating up to three people. Both bedrooms face onto a private courtyard and are furnished with stylish country pine furniture. There is a separate family bathroom with shower.

Off a comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room, there is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern cooking (cooker & microwave) and washing facilities (dishwasher & washer/dryer) and other utilities and tableware.

Rental Rates for a Type C Apartment 2008

• The following table gives you rental rates for a week's rental commencing on a Saturday.
• We will be happy to provide you with a week-end or mid-week break outside of the peak season.
• Rental rates are inclusive of government tax (VAT @ 13.5%)
• A Booking deposit of 25% of the total value of the booking period.
• The balance of the rental is due for payment four weeks prior to your arrival date.
