Corofin

Corofin is a small village on the edge of the Burren region. There are some excellent fishing lakes in this region.

The Clare Heritage Centre is located in Corofin and Dysart O'Dea Archaeology Centre is just three miles away. Dysart Donkey Sanctuary is also worth a visit.

Local pubs with their unique character and hospitality often feature Irish entertainment. Corofin's Festival of Finn takes place at the beginning of August.
