Newtown Castle

Newtown castle is a beautifully restored 16th Century tower house located beside the Burren College of Art, just outside the village of Ballyvaughan.

The Newtown nature trail, a 1,300m walk around The Burren, is adjacent to the castle.

The castle is open to the public May-September, 10 am - 5.30 pm, Monday-Friday.
